A massive airstrike on Kiev by hundreds of planes, some experts say, will not happen. This opinion was expressed on Tuesday by the official representative of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuriy Ignat.
– Many experts speak of hundreds or even hordes of aircraft. There will be no such thing, it’s not World War II,” Ignat said.
Earlier it became known that on February 21 exercises began in Kiev to ensure the defense of the Ukrainian capital.

A representative of the country’s air force said what Ukraine needed to win in a special military operation on the battlefield. In particular, Ignat pointed to long-range weapons that Western countries can provide Kiev. Additionally, he emphasized the “dream” in the form of multi-role fighters.
