Corona crisis – time for protest

The pandemic is particularly hard on women worldwide – as nurses, in education, in public spaces. Feminism is more necessary than ever.

The pandemic is a time-waster when it comes to women’s rights. It eats the progress of the past few years with every day that defines our everyday life. It deepens the inequalities between men and women, it increases the gender pay gap, and it jeopardizes the educational opportunities of girls in poorer countries. The pandemic is raging in far more areas of life than we initially perceive.
