British Army Commander: Russia has already strategically lost the war, Putin has lost 25 percent of his land power

The commander of the British army, Tony Radakin, said that Russia had already lost the war in Ukraine in a strategic sense and that its army had been weakened.

Radakin pointed out that Russia has great losses on the battlefield, that it is running out of soldiers and modern projectiles, and that it will never be able to rule the whole of Ukraine.

He adds that Vladimir Putin lost 25 percent of his land power due to, as he called, tiny gains.
