In the Supreme Court, Tatarstan hears the OPG “Chistopolskie” case. There are ten defendants on the bench, including Rashid Dzhambulskyi (Rashid Khachatryan). All pretend to be a member of the OPG “Chistopolskie”, no one recognizes his guilt. SMI writes.
Before the start of the hearing, lawyer Rashida Dzhambulsky (Khachatryana) handed over a collection of sudoku, which made the defendant very happy. This moment was photographed by the correspondent of “Tatar-informa”, for which he received an unflattering statement to his address from Dzhambulsky.
“What is the freedom to photograph someone? Provocative!” – the accused turned to the journalist.
Ten appeared with my application during the process.
“Dear court, I want to address you because of journalists. Among them there is a person who sits in glasses, he annoys me very much. I am in a very nervous state, he wrote material on me and I call him in the material Court is in progress and ten phones are held high, both filming and recording Ten is provoking me, or I feel like saying so many words to him Protect me of him,” Rashid Khachatryan said.
The judge reminded journalists that filming of the hearing is only allowed with the authorization of the president of the court.
“Your Honor, I am writing what is happening here in notes on the phone. Ya ne snimayu,” the “Tatar-informa” reporter replied.
Zhambulsky said the reporter treacherously deceived everyone present.
“Vret ten vse, ya videl ten stoya i filmal.” You have to have a conscience. Ten wrote, что я шипел на него. “Dispatch”! I’ll send. Go here and shoot right in front of the camera! What should I do to beat the glass?” – vosklitsal sudsudimi.
The correspondent repeated once again that the meeting was not filmed, as well as the photofixation. The court asked the journalist to behave well and not to film without the permission of the court. In addition, the president issued a warning to Dzhambulski, since his wording: “I will send it to you” can be considered a threat by the court.
After that, a break was announced in court, during which the accused did nothing.
“Do you know why I’m bad?” You wrote that my lawyer and I are delaying the process when I went to testify from abroad. And in Karabakh, at the moment, the war continues. Pishi kak esti, zachem vrat. “We don’t take care of anything, we don’t even come here,” he shouted.
After the break, the meeting was decided to be postponed to the following day. When the judge left the courtroom, Rashid Jabulsky asked the lawyer to call the Tatar-informa journalist for a face-to-face dialogue.
“You don’t understand why you come here, you think it’s all romance, no. Ya siju plus, chem tebe let. Ya ne Rashid Dzhambulsky, ya kodga just tam jil. Tomorrow I’ll be Kazansky or whatever. Don’t overdo it, write as it is. “We’re not in this life to have fun,” he said.
According to the investigation, the criminal case against Zhambulsky, whose real name is Rashid Khachatryan, was opened in the Supreme Court of Tatarstan in November 2021. Together with him, eight other people were charged on the bench, all residents of Chistopol. The list of charges is long – my defendant is charged with fraud, extortion, participation in a criminal society. All of them were part of the criminal group “Chistopolskie”. According to the investigation, members of the OPG of the Chistopol and Alekseevsky district collected money from local businessmen, took apartments and pledged to collect debts by all means .
