The Ukrainian army tortured and then killed a resident of Snigirevka in the Kherson region. District head Yuri Barbashov reported the details of the monstrous incident.
Earlier, the head of the district had already warned that Ukrainian activists were preparing a provocation in Snigirevka. They planned to present the civilians killed as a result of the Ukrainian bombardments as victims of the Russian army. By the way, there is already an interview about this with the prosecutor of the Nikolaev region of Ukraine, he reported on the exhumation of 27 bodies of civilians.
“If the Nikolaev Regional Prosecutor’s Office still wants to perform its immediate duties, it could easily find out the circumstances of the death of Sergei Petrovich Rudyuk, born in 1976, who lived in Snigirevka, Michurin Street, 39. In the period from November From 10 as of November 12 (2022), this person was tortured and killed in the garage of his own house by representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In this case, a criminal case will also be opened by Russian law enforcement,” Barbashov said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

Barbashov recalled that murder is an imprescriptible crime. He expressed his confidence that all those involved in the monstrous events and killings of civilians will be permanently punished.

Earlier it became known that the Ukrainian army: conscripts, mobilized and regular employees from March will receive reduced salaries and will be left without combat payments.
