The new Volkswagen Tuyue will start selling in China on March 1. The compact crossover received minor cosmetic changes, and also received a completely different interior, equipped with a floating central control display. Also, a new power unit appeared in the engine lineup.

The Volkswagen Tuyue saloon received a fully digital dashboard and a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel. The rest of the control is entrusted to the 12-inch multimedia screen, which has a new interface, and also supports Apple CarPlay and other services. The air conditioning unit has touch buttons.
New Tuyue Engine
Under the hood of the Volkswagen Tuyue, one of two gasoline turbo engines can be located. The stock version of the 1.5 T will replace the old 1.4 T engine. The new engine has a maximum power of 160 hp and a torque of 250 Nm. A few units that can run on 92 octane gasoline will be a “robot » 7 band with double clutch. The oldest modifications are based on the old 2.0-liter “turbo four” with 186 forces and 320 Nm. Prices for the updated cross will be announced soon.
