Crime thriller ‘Killers of the Flower Moon’ is set to screen at the Cannes Film Festival in May this year. Although the final decision on the presentation has not yet been made, representatives of the manufacturing company Apple Studios and the organizers of the film festival are confidently moving towards the conclusion of a suitable agreement.
The Flower Moon Killers – a $200 million western starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Lily Gladstone, Jesse Plemons, Brendan Fraser and Robert De Niro – will mark Scorsese’s return to the Croisette for the first time in 38 years. In 1985, the director presented here the drama After Work, for which, in the end, he received the Palme d’Or.
The date of the premiere of the new film in theaters has not yet been determined.
