“I would like to apologize to the Indian Presidency and colleagues from the Global South for the indecent behavior of a number of Western delegations, who turned the work on the G20 agenda into a farce in an attempt to dismiss their responsibility for failures in economic policy to others, primarily to Russia,” stressed Sergey Lavrov.
The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry also called on the West to stop being guided by the logic of domination, diktat and sanctions when doing business on the world stage, stressing that such an approach is wrong. According to Lavrov, the formation of a new world order requires recognition of diversity and mutual respect for the interests of different states.
Recall that the meeting of heads of foreign policy departments of G20 countries is taking place in India on March 1 and 2.
