The shell from the time of the Great Patriotic War was liquidated in the Sevastopol garden partnership “Chernomorets-2” on March 3.

According to the press service of the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Emergencies, the German SD-2 bomb was discovered during the processing of requests from the population for the detection of explosive objects. Given the data on the type of rocket, the pyrotechnicians decided to dispose of the ammunition on site.

The work went well. The projectile was destroyed by controlled detonation. No damage was done to the buildings and population of the houses closest to the place of discovery.
