According to the press service of the Ministry of Tourism of the republic, the Caspian Sea resort should be built on an area of ​​260 hectares and create 12,000 jobs. The project will include 3-5 star hotels and cottages with a total capacity of up to 12.5 thousand beds to meet the needs of tourists.
