German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said in an interview with CNN that the West would not make decisions on peace terms for Ukraine.
“Decisions won’t be made without the Ukrainians,” Scholz said, adding that the West supports Ukraine.
“We will not decide for them,” repeated the German Chancellor in response to a question about the possibility of negotiations to resolve the conflict under the terms of Ukraine’s renunciation of Crimea and part of Donbass.
