The Governor of the Smolensk region, Alexei Ostrovsky, during a working trip to the Vyazemsky district, visited the village of Kaidakovo, where he inspected new boiler equipment. As the head of the region said in his Telegram channel and social networks at present, the modular block boiler house on Parkovaya Street serves about 1,500 people – 14 multi-apartment residential buildings, a kindergarten, a school, an outpatient clinic and a house of local culture.
“Over the past two years, two hot water boilers have been replaced here at the expense of the regional budget, which has alternately failed – in total, almost 10 million rubles have been allocated for these purposes. This made it possible to avoid heating interruptions and, in general, to prevent situations that could leave the inhabitants of the village and social facilities without heating during the heating period,” said Alexei Ostrovsky.
The Governor of the Smolensk region pointed out that, based on reports from relevant officials, both boilers are currently operating in normal mode:
“This is the most important thing. I also want to express my gratitude to the socially responsible company that responded to the request of the head of the district – the NOVA-Brit company – represented by its general manager Nikita Aleksandrovich Bondar, for the purchase of additional equipment for the boiler room.
The head of the region also said that they were ordered to replace the old section of the water pipe with a length of 250 meters, through which the heat carrier and hot water are supplied from the boiler room to consumers:
“In order to avoid force majeure situations, we will deal with this issue, as they say, in advance. I have already given the relevant instructions following the results of the visit.
