A woman from Murmansk obtained payment of maternity capital through the prosecutor’s office

In Murmansk, a woman asked the Social Welfare Center to request the transfer of capital from the mother. The institution refused her this right, so the northerner decided to seize the prosecution.

The townsman was refused without a valid reason. The girl had the right to receive money within the framework of the relevant law of the Murmansk region.

As the press service of the regional prosecutor’s office said, the woman from Murmansk was finally able to help. The social support center received a submission, which was reviewed and satisfied: the woman was paid more than 130,000 rubles.

The officials also responded for the violation: three people were brought to disciplinary responsibility at a time. The punishment was presented in the form of a simple reprimand.

Earlier, MK in Murmansk said that the employees of the Apatity kindergarten received their salaries after the intervention of the prosecutor’s office.
