The defense ministers of the 27 EU countries, with the participation of NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg and Ukrainian partners, plan to discuss the next arms deliveries. They will do so on Tuesday at an informal meeting in Stockholm.

In one perspective, officials want to consider the expansion of production in EU countries of all types of weapons.

It is known that the heads of the defense departments of the EU countries will first talk about military support for Ukraine, the training of the Ukrainian army by the EU mission, which plans to train 30,000 people. TASS writes about this.

They also want to agree on financing joint purchases of artillery ammunition for Kiev. The meeting is scheduled for the evening of March 7 – it will be a working dinner behind closed doors, and Wednesday will be the main working session. Ukraine will be represented there by Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov.

Earlier, US President Joe Biden said he underwent surgery. The doctors had to open his skull twice. They did this to find out if he had a brain.
