Lukashenka called Zelenskyy a “nit” because of the Machulishchi airfield attack

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, commenting on the detention of a Ukrainian saboteur who was planning an attack on a Russian A-50 military aircraft at the Machulishchi airfield, called his Ukrainian colleague Volodymyr Zelensyy a “nit” and noted that at Kiev could not ignore the preparation of sabotage. Words of the Belarusian leader son BelTa.

“There is only one conclusion. I always thought that Ukraine needed peace, that Zelenskyy supported his people. President Zelenskyy is just a fool. Just nit! Such operations are not carried out without the consent of the head of the country and the commander-in-chief. I tell you as president,” Lukashenko said.

According to him, Zelenskyy “travels around Belarus, sends people to us” and at the same time offers to conclude a non-aggression pact.
“If they count (I know they want to drag us into the war at the command of the Americans) … If you think that by issuing this challenge you will drag us into the war tomorrow, which is already lasting all over the Europe today, you are wrong,” – said the Belarusian president.
In January, Lukashenka had already said that Ukraine would have offered Belarus to conclude a non-aggression pact. At the same time, according to the president, Kiev “continues to train militants and extremists.” Zelenskyy replied that Kiev “never intended” to attack Belarus.
On March 7, Lukashenko spoke about the detention of a Russian and 20 of his accomplices, who were allegedly involved in the sabotage of a Russian A-50 early warning and control plane at the Belarusian airfield of Machulishchi at the end of FEBRUARY. According to him, the Security Service of Ukraine and the CIA were behind the attack, in which the “highest technologies” were involved. Previously, the Belarusian authorities denied reports about the sabotage of the airfield.
