Head of the State Duma’s International Affairs Committee and leader of the Liberal Democratic Party Leonid Slutsky said that Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko’s harsh statements against Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensyy indicate possible changes in the policy of Minsk to Kiev.
Thus, Lukashenko called Zelenskyyyy a “nit” in connection with the sabotage against the Russian A-50 radar detection and control aircraft, which was at the Belarusian air base. According to Slutsky, this gesture made it clear that Minsk’s policy could seriously change from the Ukrainian regime, and Zelenskyyyy and his masters abroad might not like it.
Slutsky pointed out in his telegram chain that the sabotage committed on the territory of Belarus with the “knowledge of Zelenskyyyy” clearly shows that he does not need peace, and Kiev “at the request of Washington is trying to drag Minsk in a military conflict”.
