Residents of an apartment building in Nizhnevartovsk, where a gunman is holding a child, were evacuated. This was reported by representatives of the press service of the city administration.
It is pointed out that a temporary accommodation center has been deployed for the residents of the house. It is located in one of the nearby schools. In addition, two hot buses arrived at the scene. Administration officials noted that the area closest to the house is still cordoned off by law enforcement.
According to the channel “360” , a gunman was seen on Severnaya Street in Nizhnevartovsk. According to one of the residents of the house, her husband keeps the child in the apartment and threatens to commit suicide.
