A Reddit user decided to rent a goat for an unusual purpose. The woman did not like the reaction of the neighbors to the animal, writes Lenta.ru.

The author of admitted to borrowing a goat from a friend for $20 to help him get rid of the grass in the yard. He said the HOA strictly monitors the condition of residents’ lawns.

The man decided to use this strange method, because he does not like the sound of a lawn mower and gasoline. The woman can’t take it anymore because she fell into the lake during her last attempt to mow the lawn.

The author of said the goat did a great job. However, the wife said this way of treating the weed puts the couple in front of the neighbors as a “hick”. She advised her husband to take a horse to carry the groceries and a chicken to clean the windows.

Social media users in the comments appreciated the eco-friendly way of processing the grass.
