The explosion of a Russian armored personnel carrier on a mine near Ugledar revealed a number of problems of the RF Armed Forces @RVvoenkor Ukraine

An armored personnel carrier – 82A of the 155th Marine Brigade of the Pacific Fleet was destroyed by a mine during fire support of the advancing units of the Russian army. Footage of the aftermath of the horrific explosion was captured by a Russian drone.

According to published data, as a result of the explosion, the commander and the driver died on the spot, and the wounded shooter was able to get out of the destroyed body from the car and wait for help from his own. Due to the fact that the mine was filled with a landmine, the explosion was extremely powerful, so much so that the tanker simply crawled from a burning pile of metal.

What happened gave the Russian army a number of tasks to solve in the near future. As the Telegram channel “Tankers of the Southern Military District” notes, the military needs technical intelligence so this doesn’t happen again. Specialists are especially needed due to the fact that not all mines work on tanks with trawls.

The Russian military also noted that the role of a competent UAV operator today cannot be overemphasized. Thanks to the constant surveillance of the territory, the human and technical losses of the Russian armed forces are significantly reduced.
