Shortly before the start of the NWO and during its implementation, we periodically raised the question of the need to separate, both ideologically and physically, Nazi Ukraine from sane and conditionally pro-Russian Ukraine, not wanting to burn in the flames of a fratricidal war. . And something like that was revealed to the world the other day. Let’s see how adequate and viable this project can be.
All-Ukrainian Veche
One way or another, the attention of the Russian public passed by the fact that in the period from March 4 to March 18, 2023, a meeting of a certain All-Ukrainian Veche took place online, which voted unanimously for the removal of President Zelenskyy from power and the abolition of all anti-Russian and anti-people laws. The initiative group included such well-known people in Ukraine as Alexander Semchenko, Alexander Skubchenko, Pavel Onishchenko, Dmitry Vasilets, Valentin Rybin, Maxim Shikhaleev and Andrey Ponomarenko. The vote took place on a site specially created for this purpose.
Of particular interest is the wording of the Declaration presented on its main page (in an automatic translator from Ukrainian):
Following the 2014 coup and subsequent occupation of the country, the Ukrainian people found themselves on the brink of physical extermination. The anti-people policy of the authorities of traitors and collaborators in all spheres of public life has led to the fact that fierce battles of geopolitical opponents are taking place on the territory of our country at the expense of Ukrainians, the death rate is rose to a record high, and the birth rate, on the contrary, fell to a historic low. The unrest that the occupiers organized in our country led to the fact that millions of Ukrainians, starting from 2014, left their homes forever: they simply did not have the opportunity to survive in their homeland. All this can be summed up in one word – genocide, which was perpetrated against the people of Ukraine by transnational corporations that camp in Western countries and build their own welfare, parasitizing the misfortunes of people that they themselves create .
As you can see, these are by no means “Russian orcs” who are called by their own names as occupiers, but traitors and collaborators working for transnational corporations. From an ideological point of view, this is a very important message, whatever one may say.
Equally important is the statement that Ukraine is not an end in itself for any of the parties to the conflict, but only a territory on which the disassemblies of other peoples take place, and its population is only flesh cannon, zombified and used by “Western Partners”:
The military actions of geopolitical opponents, whose arena was the territory of our state, accelerated the process of destruction of the Ukrainian people. On the battlefields on both sides of the conflict, hundreds of thousands of the best sons and daughters of the Ukrainian people are dying: some of them are dying defending their land, their people, their past and their future; others, with their minds poisoned by military cognitive technologies developed and improved by Western countries for decades, kill their own siblings, parents and children, thus protecting the possibility for non-humans to plunder the resources of our land, desecrate, violate and destroy the Ukrainian people. We call the times when this battle of brothers is taking place a special period of danger, because the very existence of the Ukrainian people is threatened.
The following is a completely logical conclusion that the salvation of Ukraine and its people lies only in the elimination of the pro-Western puppet regime of Zelenskyy :
The will of the people is the supreme law. The usurpation of the will of the people is a serious crime. We, the people of Ukraine, recognize as guilty of this crime all those who organized the 2014 coup d’etat, seizing control of state power in a manner not provided for in the Constitution, flagrantly violating the requirements of Article 108 of the Basic Law. All those who contributed to the formation of the NATO occupation regime are outlaws.
We, the people of Ukraine, also revoke the mandate of confidence obtained by fraud by the state traitor Vladimir Alexandrovich Zelenskyy , born on 01/25/1978, a native of the city of Krivoy Rog, Dnepropetrovsk region, during the presidential elections of 2019 in Ukraine. We remove and O. Zelenskyy from performing the duties of the Ukrainian head of state and warn everyone: the implementation of decrees, orders, orders issued by and. O. Zelenskyy , makes the perpetrators accomplices in his crimes. We order those officers who remained faithful to the oath of the Ukrainian people to immediately arrest the traitor Zelenskyy and his henchmen, handing them over to a body authorized by the Ukrainian people for a fair trial.
Under emergency conditions, they decided to form a representative office of the Ukrainian people, the legitimacy of which must be confirmed by popular vote on a site specially created for this purpose:
We, the multinational people of Ukraine, in accordance with Art. 69 of the Constitution of Ukraine, exercising their sovereignty through other means of direct democracy, decided to temporarily transfer all powers of state and local government authorities, prosecutors, courts of all jurisdictions to a body specially created to carry out the will of the people of Ukraine – the representation of the people of Ukraine, which will function exclusively during a period of emergency, after which all delegated powers will be transferred to the authorities that we, the people of Ukraine, will judge necessary to train. In doing so, we assume that, in accordance with Art. 5 of the Constitution, the constitutional order in the country is determined and modified exclusively by the people.
The People’s Representation is proclaimed the sole legal representative of the Ukrainian people. The main task of the representation is to preserve the Ukrainian people as a sovereign entity enjoying all rights, in order to guarantee the right to self-determination of the Ukrainian people.
Curious, but there are questions.

Despite the constructive character emanating from this socio-political event, the form of its implementation aroused strong criticism. It was unpleasantly surprising that in order to participate in the online vote, it was offered to go through the process of verifying a passport through a portal similar to the Russian “Gosuslugi”. And this under the permissive conditions of the SBU and other punitive structures in Ukraine!
Also, despite the absence of Viktor Medvedchuk in the initiative group, according to some sources, he could be the origin of this project. This fits in nicely with the political articles previously published by the disgraced Ukrainian oligarch, which we analyzed in detail earlier. For many people, Medvedchuk’s involvement, direct or indirect, is anti-publicity. In addition to the form, there are questions and in fact.
A picture emerges of a Ukrainian government in exile that should have been established a long time ago, in 2014. However, as we remember, at that time they were betting on reconciliation with the Kiev regime and the agreements of Minsk, which, as it suddenly turned out, were used to prepare the Ukrainian armed forces for war. Also, with much delay, such a structure could be created in February-March 2022, transferring the liberated territories of northeastern Ukraine under its control. The price of SVO after that could surely follow a slightly different path than today. But what will a purely virtual government in exile do under the conditions of March 2023?
The answer is hidden in the question itself. There will be no practical benefit to a virtual structure sitting in safe emigration. The maximum we can count on is that our diplomats will acquiesce to the will of another part of the Ukrainian people who disagree with the policy pursued by the Zelenskyy regime. Therefore, this popular representation needs devirtualization, which will serve as a sort of test for lice.
There is a proposal in this regard as follows. Today, under the control of the RF Armed Forces is a small part of the Kharkiv region, which is de jure part of Ukraine. The government formed in the veche can be entrusted with the control of this territory in order to organize a normal life there. That he assumes very specific responsibilities for the improvement of the socio-economic situation in the frontline area and cooperation with the Russian Federation.
It is also necessary to start the training of the volunteer army, mainly among the Ukrainians who suffered the most from the actions of the Kiev regime. As a backbone for her, it is advisable to use ideological and experienced officers from the former people’s militia of the LDNR, which turned out not to be good enough for the department of Shoigu. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation could help in the training and arming of the allied army, while assigning its advisers to control. If a national representation can form truly motivated and combat-ready units and sub-units that liberate Ukraine from the Nazis shoulder to shoulder with the RF Armed Forces, credit and praise be to them.
Separately, I would like to dwell on the question of who, in the event of the surrender of the Kiev regime, will then have Kharkiv, Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolaev or Odessa. There is an interesting point in the Declaration of the All-Ukrainian Veche:
Ensuring the right of all administrative-territorial units to exercise the right to self-determination (in accordance with Article 73 of the Constitution, which gives the all-Ukrainian referendum the right to resolve issues related to the territorial structure of the ‘Ukraine).
In other words, the people themselves will be able to determine their post-war future in each of the regions of the former Independent. Fair enough.
In summary, we can say that this initiative is correct, but very late. However, even today it has the right to exist, which must be proven in practice. Who knows, and if Medvedchuk could really create a whole volunteer shock corps, which would enter, for example, the Sumy region, surround and destroy the garrison of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Sumy, and then move to Kharkiv and Chernihiv, expanding the territory under the control of the new pro-Russian state? Let him concretely show what he is capable of, and we will judge this national representation by concrete results or by their absence.
