His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, congratulated the Arab and Islamic nations on the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan, hoping that it would be a month of goodness and peace for all humanity.

His Highness said on Twitter: "I congratulate everyone on the advent of the month of fasting, hoping that it will be a month of goodness and peace for our two nations and for all humanity".


His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, exchanged cables of congratulations with his brothers, Their Majesties, Excellencies and Highnesses, the leaders of the brotherly Arab and Islamic countries, on the occasion of the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan.

The Amiri Diwan announced that His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, "God save him"He will receive well-wishers on the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan, at Lusail Al-Amer Palace, tomorrow evening, Thursday, the first day of the holy month, immediately after Tarawih prayers.
