A resident of Primorye is suspected of facilitating US activities directed against Russian security. He was arrested for two months in a treason case.
The Joint Press Service of the Judiciary of the Primorsky Territory reported that the investigation revealed that about 100 men had corresponded with US officials in order to help them in activities directed against Russia.
The resolution has not entered into force.
Earlier, employees of the Stavropol Territory Department of the Federal Security Service of Russia arrested a man suspected of collecting information about military units on behalf of Ukraine.
It also became known earlier that employees of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation in the Novgorod region detained a Russian who acted in the interests of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
