Chhidwara: Union Home Minister Amit Shah today strongly attacked Congress veteran Kamal Nath in Chhidwara, Madhya Pradesh, saying that Kamal Nath did not settle any dispute with the state during the Congress government and the security of the country and the Bharatiya Janata Party government. Can do works like welfare of the poor in the country.

Shah Mahavijay Udghosh was addressing the public meeting here. During this, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, President of the state unit of the party Vishnudutt Sharma, Union Minister Faggan Singh Kulaste, Home Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra and many senior leaders of the party were present. In his nearly 20-minute address, Shah said that Kamal Nath should give an account of the works done during his tenure as chief minister. In this sequence, he said that Kikmalnath did corruption and looted the property of the area.

He said that Kamal Nath did not complete any debate. In the same sequence, he also mentioned the promises made by Congress like increasing unemployment allowance and increasing old age pension and asked the people present in the public meeting whether all these promises were fulfilled. He also said that the Bharatiya Janata Party government has continuously done development works in Chhidwara.

In his address in tribal-dominated Chhidwara, Mr. Shah said that BJP is the only party whose government has honored the freedom fighters of the tribal community. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Birsa Munda Jayanti as a day of tribal pride. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan did the task of bringing the PESA Act.

Attacking the Congress, he said that the Congress always talks about backwardness, but it has never done any work for this society. After the formation of the Narendra Modi government in the year 2014, the OBC commission was given constitutional status. Referring to national issues, Mr Shah said that the Congress was delaying the process of abrogation of Article 370 for a long time, the Modi government completed it by bringing an ordinance. During the Congress era anyone used to enter India from Pakistan. Congress did not give up even when our jawans were beheaded, while Prime Minister Modi gave a befitting reply to Pakistan by surgical and air strike after Pulwama attack. Left Wing Extremism has also been almost eradicated by the present government.

Along with this, he said that the BJP government can complete tasks like national security and poor welfare. Mr Shah also promised victory to BJP workers in Chidwara, which has been held by the Congress for a long time. He said that the seven assembly seats of Chhidwara in the upcoming assembly elections and the Lok Sabha seat here should also come under the control of the BJP in the next year’s Lok Sabha elections. Along with this, he also gave a pledge to the workers to form the BJP government in the state with a majority in the upcoming assembly elections and to make Modi the Prime Minister again in the year 2024.
