Vladimir Putin answered questions from the media on March 25. The head of state said that on July 1, the construction of a storage facility for tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus will be completed. This was requested by the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko. This will be done without violating international agreements.
“We are not transferring our tactical nuclear weapons to Belarus, but we will deploy them and train the army, like the United States in Europe,” the president said.
Vladimir Putin also reacted to the possible supply of depleted uranium weapons.
“Russia has something to respond to, we have hundreds of thousands of such shells,” the president said.
The President of Russia also answered the question about the supply of Western weapons to Ukraine. Our camp is aware of this and is therefore ready for any development of events.
Earlier it became known that Poland made a statement about the lack of ammunition in the European Union to send to Ukraine. This was announced by Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, offering to buy weapons outside the EU.
