Natural rejuvenation trainer Nadezhda Treskova explained how to maintain health and back for people who lead a sedentary lifestyle.

Good posture is not only a plus for appearance, but also for health. If a person is constantly bent, the internal organs are deformed, problems arise with the cardiovascular system.

“Most often this problem is formed in childhood, so it must be prevented prematurely, before the onset of scoliosis,” noted the specialist.

The stoop gets worse with age. The risk group includes people who lead a sedentary lifestyle, as well as those who perform sedentary work, transmits FAN.

The trainer named several methods that will help stop sagging:

orthopedic aids (eg individual insoles), massage and physiotherapy, physiotherapy exercises – this helps to strengthen the muscles.

The specialist added that the exercises are selected for each person individually, but it is worth starting with the simplest loads.

  • Sit down on the floor. Bend your knees. Pull the head back so you can pull the shoulder blades towards it. Repeat this several times.
  • Lying on your stomach, place your hands at your sides and turn your shoulders so that your palms face forward. The distance between the shoulder blades should be as small as possible.
  • Sit on your knees and arch your back. Try to reach your feet with your hands. Ideally, the shoulder blades should be close together.

After the exercise, lower your head to the floor and lie down for a while in a calm state so that the muscles rest.
