The deputy of the regional council and representatives of the housing inspectorate of the Orel region organize a joint reception of residents on housing and communal services. Today a young girl came to the public waiting room. She said she bought an apartment with a mortgage, but the joy of living in her own home quickly faded. The roof of the house started to leak. Because of this, the ceiling in the apartment was covered with mold, the wiring closes. But the most important thing is that the child often falls ill. The girl also said that she turned to the public services, but they suggested that she wait for the revision or do it at her own expense.

It should be noted that previously the house was managed by the company MUP ZHREP Zakzachik, but it went bankrupt. It has been replaced by the “Assistance” Management Company. The new company takes no action to eliminate the leak.

The member intends to join in the solution of the problem.
