Qatar’s e-government portal (Hukoomi), on its official account on Twitter, reviewed the steps of the fast track service provided by the Ministry of Labor, which grants quick approvals for visas to recruit workers from outside Qatar.
This service allows new and existing establishments to submit a request for the rapid granting of visa approvals to recruit workers from abroad, within specific criteria and requirements, with the aim of supporting business establishment and expansion of activities.
How to apply? The application can be submitted online through the following steps: 1- Login to the service "New Labor Demand – Fast Track"and press "Apply". 2- Log in to the National Authentication System "documentation" using a smart card. 3- Recording the basic request data from the contact data and describing the justifications for the labor requirements. 4- Recording the details of the required employment specifications, detailed according to profession, type and number, in accordance with the actual needs of the establishments, whether newly established or existing establishments. 5- Confirm the required employment details and send the request. 6- Additional information, conditions and requirements of the service: The express granting of labor visa approvals service is used for newly-established establishments that specify the required employment details in accordance with the requirements for launching the business and within the specified ceiling of a maximum number of 10 granted labor visa approvals for the first request from the newly-established establishment. .
The service of rapid granting of approvals for existing establishments is benefited from in the event that they submit an application that includes details of the required employment that are compatible with the activity of the establishment and in numbers commensurate with the natural growth and expansion of activities compared to the current number of workers in the establishment, within determinants and criteria based on rates of increase in employment in similar establishments in terms of size. Cases of Rejection Submission of the service application will be rejected in the following cases: 1- If the facility has suspended transactions in the Ministry of Labor or the relevant authorities. 2- In the event that there is an application submitted under study by the Ministry.
