The Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Kaluga Region discussed the issues of personnel training

In Kaluga, on Friday, March 31, an expanded meeting of the Council of the Regional Association of Employers “Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Kaluga Region” was held. It took place at the site of the Kaluga branch of PJSC Rostelecom, reports the press service of the Kaluga government.

The event was attended by the governor of the region Vladislav Shapsha, the vice-president of the RSPP Sergey Mytenkov, the chairman of the board of the regional branch of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the general director of Typhoon JSC Andrey Petrakov , the director of the Kaluga Rostelecom PJSC branch Natalia Kalyatskaya, as well as heads of enterprises, universities and specialized departments.

Discussions focused on the creation of a regional training program for defense industry enterprises and the implementation of the state defense order.

Vladislav Shapsha addressed the management of companies that need employees of professional specialties with the initiative to participate in the formation of training programs for the Technopark of Vocational Education. According to the head of the region, this potential should be used.

“We must use the potential of this unique educational platform for the benefit of the region’s economy, especially for defense industry companies,” Shapsha said.
