Superservice “Birth of a child” launched in the Tver region

It allows you to submit a single electronic application through the state services portal to receive a whole set of documents when a baby appears in the family.

Thanks to the new service, through a single application on the portal, parents can receive a birth certificate and registration of a child at the place of residence, SNILS, medical policy, TIN. The documents arrive in electronic form on the personal account of each parent. Birth registration takes place no later than the day after the submission of the application and the necessary documents. If you wish, you can obtain the paper versions of the documents at the MFC or order them to be delivered to your home.

Superservice makes it possible to issue the necessary documents not only after the birth of the baby, but even at the stage of pregnancy. The future mother can receive a birth certificate, issue an electronic certificate of incapacity for work, register in a maternity hospital. And also issue a certificate for maternity capital, receive a birth certificate for a child, attach it to a clinic and enroll in a kindergarten, while monitoring the status of the queue.

In addition, the super service “Birth of a child” informs the claimant of all benefits due to him and makes it possible to request payments online.

Currently, 16 Tver families have used the superservice. An electronic birth certificate in the region is issued for the first newborn.

In total, according to the Register of Public Services of the Tver region in the region, authorities and municipalities provide 344 services, of which 116 have been transferred to electronic form and 82 are of mass social importance.

In the “Digital Maturity” rating of the constituent entities of Russia, the Tver region in 2022 reached the maximum possible value of the indicator “Transfer of socially significant mass services in electronic form”. The goal for 2023 is to convert 11 additional services to electronic form, for which more than 200 paper applications from citizens are received each year.
