The conflict flared up again in the lead between the teams competing to qualify for the QNB Stars League, after Muaither defeated Al Khor 3-2. In the match that brought them together the day before yesterday, Wednesday, at Saud bin Abdul Rahman Stadium in Al-Wakra Club, within the matches of the eleventh week of the second division. With this victory, Muaither shared the lead in the second division standings with Al-Khor, with 22 points for each team, with Al-Khor outperforming the goals scored, to start the qualification race between the two teams, which will be decided in the next rounds. Al-Shahaniya also achieved a deserved victory over Mesaimeer with two goals without a response in the match that brought the two teams together at Suhaim bin Hamad Stadium in Qatar Club. Al-Shahaniya continued its recovery, raising its score to 20 points in third place, two points ahead of Al-Khor and Muaither, to get very close to the competition for qualification. Al-Kharaitiyat tied with Al-Waab without goals, to raise its score to 17 points, down to fourth place, while Al-Waab remained to raise its score to 11 points in seventh place, and Lusail tied with Al-Bida’ 1-1, so that Lusail raised its score to point 12 in sixth place, and Al-Bida remained finally with 8 points.
