In Kaliningrad, an accident occurred in which a 7-year-old child was injured. An accident involving a child occurred in Kaliningrad in the courtyard of house number 168b on Dzerzhinsky Street.

The incident happened around 5:20 p.m. on Saturday, April 8, 2023. According to police, the 37-year-old driver of a Mitsubishi car was crossing the yard of house No. 168b on Dzerzhinsky Street.

Due to the driver’s inattention, the car struck a child who walked on the roadway on the left towards the car. This was reported by the press service of the traffic police of Russia in the Kaliningrad region.


As a result of the collision, the child was injured and was hospitalized by ambulance at the Regional Children’s Hospital.

Earlier, The Eastern Herald in Kaliningrad reported that a newborn girl was injured in an accident near Zelenogradsk. Near Zelenogradsk, Kaliningrad region, there was an accident involving cars.
