Angarsk District Duma Deputy Oleg Ivanov swore at one of the townspeople in the comments and began to threaten his colleague, City Duma Deputy Andrey Bolgov. The People’s Choice called Bolgov and warned him, without embarrassment, to prepare for the worst.
The conflict between the deputies of the Angarsk City Duma began because of a message in Telegram. The people’s choice, Andrey Bolgov, sent deputy requests to spend funds from the Angarsk tram, headed by his colleague, deputy Oleg Ivanov.
In an official response, Oleg Ivanov did not provide information to his colleague and sent him a response. Outraged by this, Andrey Bolgov posted a copy of Oleg Ivanov’s response on his Telegram channel, after which the teardown began in the comments under the post.
“It all started with the fact that MP Yulia Belousova and I asked about the MUE of the Angarsk tram, headed by Oleg Ivanov. The enterprise is subsidized, annually about 100 million rubles are allocated from the budget for its activities. Under one of the posts on my channel, Oleg Ivanov started using foul language, then turned to threats,” Bolgov told Podyom.
In the comments, a user named Oleg Ivanov began to be rude to commenters who reported inappropriate behavior to him. And he did it in the crassest form using obscene language. But the conflict did not end there.
According to Andrei Bolgov, his colleague Oleg Ivanov started sending him threatening messages and then called him personally. On the published recording of the conversation, the subscriber under the name “Ivanov Oleg Vladimirovich” tells him that he “made an enemy” and now he must prepare for the “worst”.
“I tell you, you have made an enemy. Are you a jerk or what? What did you do to me? You didn’t do anything to me. So write it there. Prepare for the (worst) I will do my best to the best of my abilities. And (nothing) you will prove. Be ready. I am now fully, closely engaged with you. From all directions,” a colleague told him.

In turn, Oleg Ivanov did not comment on the situation in local media. Also, it is reported that Ivanov is a member of the Duma Committee on Law and Order.
