Bhopal. The unseasonal rains continued in Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday as well. It rained in many areas of the state including capital Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Jabalpur, Chhindwara, Rewa and Morena. Along with Jabalpur, hail also fell in Sirmaur area of ​​Rewa. The Meteorological Department says that at present, due to the effect of weather systems formed at different places, most of the cities of the state are cloudy, along with it is raining with thunder and lightning.

It was cloudy throughout the day in Bhopal on Tuesday and at around 5:30 pm, it started raining suddenly with strong winds. Due to the rain, electricity also failed in many areas. The weather condition in Ujjain was similar. Here too it started raining in the evening. Heavy rain started in Indore after two days on Tuesday evening. After which there was a situation of jam on the roads. Although the weather was clear since morning, but suddenly the weather changed in the evening.

The weather changed on Tuesday afternoon in Sirmour area of ​​Rewa district. It was cloudy here all day. Suddenly strong winds started blowing at around 4 pm. After this it started raining. During this, gram-sized hailstones also fell. Due to the strong winds, trees fell at some places, thatches were blown away at some places. At the same time, it rained in Rewa city as well. Seoni received about an inch of rain on Tuesday. 19 mm of rain was recorded in Jabalpur and 12 mm in Umaria. Light rains also occurred in Gwalior, Pachmarhi, Mandla, Khajuraho and Sagar. Hail also fell in Jabalpur along with the rain. According to meteorologists, the weather pattern is likely to remain like this for three to four days. However, there will be some reduction in rainfall activities. Along with this, there will be some increase in the day temperature.

Senior expert of Bhopal Meteorological Center Ajay Shukla told that due to the effect of weather systems formed at different places, moisture is continuously coming along with the winds. Because of this, clouds have formed in the entire Madhya Pradesh. Also it is raining with thunder and lightning. Intermittent rain may continue for two to three days. However, due to the cloud cover in the morning, sunlight is also coming out at some places. Due to this, the day temperature will also increase.

The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of hailstorm in Gwalior-Chambal division. According to the department, there is a possibility of hailstorm in Rajgarh, Khandwa, Khargone, Narmadapuram, Niwari, Barwani, Chhindwara, Neemuch, Sagar, Tikamgarh, Damoh, Chhatarpur and Mandsaur along with Gwalior-Chambal division till May 5. On the other hand, in Bhopal, Indore, Narmadapuram, Chambal, Ujjain, Gwalior, Sagar, Rewa, Jabalpur and Shahdol divisions, there may be drizzle at some places. Here the wind can blow at a speed of 40 to 50 kilometers per hour.
