The regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations also reported that the fire was extinguished, there were no casualties.
Base transmits that the drone attacked the refinery at 8:30 a.m., personnel are being evacuated. SHOT informed that the drone hit the air cooler of the compressor station, before the moment of impact, the factory workers heard a “strange whistle”.
At the same time, Mash writing that, according to preliminary information, a group of saboteurs staged an explosion at the refinery. According to the Telegram channel, the attackers were arrested while trying to escape from the scene of the emergency.
