Doctor Alexander Myasnikov informed the citizens of the Russian Federation that excessive salt intake leads to stomach cancer

– Published on:

The famous Russian doctor Alexander Myasnikov warned the Russians that the abundance of salt in the daily diet risks turning into stomach cancer.

It is extremely simple to become a victim of oncology – it is enough to eat excessively salty food. Medical practice shows that Russians often overdo it with the habit of salting everything, and 20% of cancer cases are directly related to nutrition.

Studies show that oversalted food really harms the body. In addition, salt inhibits the abundance of fluid in the body, which leads to edema.

“Salt is a carcinogen for stomach cancer,” the expert warned.

Particular care must be taken by those who have chronic diseases associated with the gastrointestinal tract. Writes about it Tape.ru.
