The Chinese President said that at the summit, the presidents of the six countries will provide mutual support on issues of each other’s core interests, such as sovereignty, independence, security and territorial integrity, and respect the development paths chosen according to their own national conditions , Will resolutely oppose interference in internal affairs using any pretext. Central Asian countries actively appraised the importance of the Chinese-style modernization path on global development and reiterated their strict adherence to the One-China principle.
According to Xi Jinping, the leaders of the six countries at the summit agreed to take the 10th anniversary of the joint construction of the “Belt and Road” as a new starting point, accelerate the integration of their development strategies, promote free trade We will promote, expand industrial and investment cooperation, promote the construction of China-Central Asia Transport Corridor, support the establishment of China-Central Asia Energy Development Partnership, encourage high-tech cooperation, and ensure regional food security.
At the same time, the six countries will comprehensively deepen humanitarian exchanges and cooperation, actively cooperate in sports, archeology, tourism, medical care and other fields. China is willing to continue providing government scholarships to young students from Central Asian countries to help countries develop high-quality talents.
Xi Jinping announced that taking advantage of the current summit, a China-Central Asia summit mechanism would be formally established, which would be held alternately in China and Central Asian countries once every two years.
According to the Chinese President, the next summit will be held in Kazakhstan in 2025. Speed ​​up reform of related mechanism construction, set up a permanent secretariat in China, and establish comprehensive and deep-level cooperation between the six countries, focusing on transportation, economy, trade, investment and industry, agriculture, energy, customs and humanities The cooperation will be taken forward concretely.
