Indian Railways: New Update! India’s longest non-stop train, runs 528 km non-stop; The speed is faster than Shatabdi Express

Which is the longest non-stop train of the country: You must have traveled often in Indian Railways. You must have seen that Indian Railways runs trains of different categories like Inter City, Express, Rajdhani-Shatabdi.

The running speed and facilities of all these trains are also different. Today we are going to tell you about such a train, which leaves behind India’s fastest running Shatabdi Express in terms of speed. Once started, it runs non-stop for about 528 km. Let’s know which is such a fast train.

The train stops at very few stations

The name of this non-stop train is Trivandrum-Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express (Trivandrum-Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express). This train starts from Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station in the capital Delhi and goes to Trivandrum, the capital of Kerala. During this, it covers a distance of about 2845 km in about half a dozen states and reaches its destination in 42 hours. This train stops at very few stations on the way.

528 km non-stop race

Interestingly, the distance from Kota in Rajasthan to Vadodara in Gujarat is 528 km. What is the distance covered by this train while running at super speed non-stop? It takes only 6.5 hours to cover such a long distance. It is the longest non-stop train in India which runs for such a long time without any stoppage. On the other hand, Howrah – Amritsar Express is the most frequented train stopping at 115 stations.

Train runs 3 days a week

Trivandrum- Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express train (Trivandrum- Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express) comes under Northern Railway. It started on 3 July 1993. This train runs from Delhi on Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday. While from Trivandrum it runs on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. During this period it includes Kerala, Karnataka, Goa, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana and Delhi.

There are total 21 coaches in the train

This train (Trivandrum – Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express) has 2 AC First Class, 5 AC 2 Tier, 11 AC 3 Tier, 1 Pantry Car and 2 Luggage Cum Generator coaches. In this way there are a total of 21 coaches in the entire train. Whereas till 1995 it used to have only 11 coaches. Chennai Rajdhani Express, Secunderabad Rajdhani, Madgaon Rajdhani and Bengaluru Rajdhani Express also pass through the route through which this train passes.
