– 16 slices bread – 1 cup moong dal – 1 tsp cumin – 2 green chilies finely chopped – 4 tbsp water – 1 tsp garam masala powder – 2 inch piece of ginger – ½ tsp turmeric powder – Salt – Oil – 2 tsp whole coriander – 1 tsp fennel – 1/2 tsp dry mango powder – 4 tsp oil – Pinch of asafoetida – 1 tsp red chili powder

First of all, fry the moong dal in a pan till the aroma comes. Now cool this dal and grind it coarsely in the mixie. Now heat oil in a pan and fry cumin, fennel, coriander and asafoetida in it. Now add red chili powder, green chili, ginger, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, dried mango powder and salt and cook it. Take it by mixing water according to necessity. Cut the edges of the bread and fill it with this mixture. Make it like this kachori. Now deep fry these kachoris in oil. In this way your delicious kachoris will be made.
