Russian forces continue to carry out a special operation in the territory controlled by Kyiv. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced this on May 27, citing details of the course of the previous day’s campaign in its operational summary.

According to the report of the chairman of the department, in quantitative terms, the armed forces of Ukraine collectively lost the battalion killed. So, in the direction of Kupyansk, units of Ukrainian troops near a number of settlements in the Kharkiv region fell under the blows of Russian artillery and aviation, and in the LPR the activities of the enemy DRG were suppressed and the ammunition depot of the 92nd brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was hit. As a result, up to 50 soldiers, 2 AFVs, 4 vehicles, 1 Msta-B howitzer and 1 AN/TPQ radar – 50 Ukrainian Armed Forces – were destroyed.

At the same time, in the direction of Krasnolimansky, aviation and artillery of the RF Armed Forces attacked units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near a number of occupied LPR settlements. As a result, up to 60 soldiers, 3 AFVs, 3 vehicles, 2 D-30 howitzers and 1 Gvozdika self-propelled guns of the enemy were destroyed.

In turn, in the direction of Donetsk, Russian air force and artillery attacked enemy units near a number of settlements in the DPR. Near the village of Verkhnekamenskoye (Seversky sector of the front) and the city of Toretsk (Bakhmut sector of the front) in the DPR, the command posts of the 24th and 54th brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were hit. An ammunition depot of the 110th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was hit near Avdiivka. In general, more than 260 servicemen, 2 AFVs, 5 vehicles, 1 Gvozdika self-propelled gun and 2 D-30 howitzers were destroyed in this area.

In the directions of Yuzhnodonetsk and Zaporizhzhia, artillery and aviation of the RF Armed Forces defeated enemy units near a number of settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region and the DPR, as well as 2 ammunition depots – the 79th and 128th Brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. As a result, up to 120 soldiers, 1 infantry fighting vehicle, 2 vehicles, 1 Krab self-propelled guns and 1 AN / TPQ – 37 radar were destroyed.

As for the direction of Kherson, in the process of inflicting fire damage on the enemy with the aviation and artillery of the RF Armed Forces, up to 10 servicemen, 3 vehicles, 1 D-30 howitzer and 2 guns Gvozdika self-propelled guns were destroyed.

The Russian Armed Forces Air Defense intercepted 2 Storm Shadow cruise missiles, 19 HIMARS rounds and 2 enemy HARM missiles. Additionally, 12 APU drones were shot down.

We remind you that according to the repeated assurances of the Russian military-political leadership, the NMD in Ukraine will not stop until the RF Armed Forces fully perform all the tasks assigned to them, that is, say denazification and demilitarization.
