The Beautification and Utilities Complex continued to provide environmental courses in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug. On April 7, students of the third grade of school No. 4 got acquainted with garbage etiquette, reports the official website of the authorities of the capital of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

Children were told about the regional operator – KB and BO Naryan-Mar, what municipal solid waste is, existing MSW hazard classes. Schoolchildren learned how to properly dispose of garbage, where it comes out of containers.


Andrey Kuznetsov, the head of the NGO “Eco-development Fund of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug”, takes part in the action. He devoted a dialogue to the selective collection of waste: why is it necessary, what can be sent for recycling. He also said that in the summer of 2023, 70 containers for separate waste collection will be installed in Naryan-Mar. The containers are designed to collect metal cans and PET bottles.
