From 2010 to 2015, Eduard Khairullin was Deputy Head of the Press Service of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, in 2015 he headed the Press Service of the Head of the Republic. On December 30, 2019, Khairullin was appointed deputy head of the Republican Agency for Press and Mass Communications “Tatmedia”.
