According to the information, at least 6 people have died, while 10 people have been injured. Those who have been admitted to the hospital for treatment. Actually, the matter is of Tilhar police station area. Where suddenly the tractor-trolley fell down from Rata bridge. A large number of people were aboard in it. After the accident, there was hue and cry on the spot. In a hurry, the police was informed about the incident. The police reached the spot with the help of local villagers, took the people out and took them to the hospital.
CM Yogi Adityanath has condoled the Shahjahanpur incident and has issued instructions to provide financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh each to the families of the deceased and Rs 50,000 each to the seriously injured.
At the same time, Samajwadi Party President and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has also expressed condolences. In a tweet, he wrote, “People died in a painful accident due to overturning of a tractor trolley in Shahjahanpur, extremely sad! May the departed souls rest in peace. Deepest condolences to the bereaved families. Government should give proper compensation to the victim families.”
