A local resident turned to the Lensky district police. She said that in the morning she went to her summer cottage in Urdoma village. Approaching the house, she noticed a stranger inside. Accompanied by the applicant, the district police officer went to the address given.

He stayed in the house for some time, drinking alcoholic beverages and food found on the premises. Goods were prepared on the veranda, including a chainsaw, a vacuum cleaner, a bicycle, various household equipment, which the uninvited guest planned to steal. The district police officer arrested and brought the assailant to the police department. He turned out to be a resident of Velsk, born in 1978, who had previously not worked anywhere, repeatedly convicted, including for property crimes.
