The Prime Minister of Belarus explained that, on the one hand, the first quarter of this year testifies to the optimistic outcome of the trade turnover of the partners, and, on the other hand, the results of the Innoprom exhibition give impetus to an increase in its volumes.
If two years ago the turnover of the trade was “about 500 million dollars, then last year it approached almost 750 million dollars. And the first months of this year show that the upward trend continues,” said the Prime Minister.
For his part, Kuyvashev thanked his colleagues for the quality of public transport. By the way, the provision of comfortable trolleybuses and buses, noted Golovchenko, has become a topical issue during contacts with representatives of many Russian regions.
In particular, at meetings in the Novosibirsk and Irkutsk regions, Belarusians received positive feedback about their products.
– We note a desire to use our capacities in the modernization of the transport network. This applies to all types of passenger transport. We hope that there will be a similar movement in municipal equipment, – the head of the government of Belarus is convinced of this.
And giving an assessment of the sanctions policy of Western opponents, Golovchenko, in particular, spoke about the production successes of the BELAZ team, which, in his opinion, absolutely calmly survived such a nervous period.
“We have found solutions to replace all the nodes, so that the supply on the market increases even compared to the previous period,” he said.
By the way, as SOYUZ has already reported, a government delegation headed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus is paying a working visit to the Novosibirsk, Irkutsk and Sverdlovsk regions from April 26 to 28.
